It's really colorful in the Wurbauerkogel bike park! The bike park convinces with 4 different trails. From Blue Lollipop to Big Red, Red Rood Carpet and Black Widow: trails for beginners to professionals.
The five-kilometer-long Singletrail Wurzeralm starts at the top station of the cable car and leads along the valley. It crosses some scenic forests - the course is coated with Brechsand and thus weatherproof.
Many great roads with an alpine panorama are in the region with the road bike to climb. Even professionals train in Pyhrn-Priel, because the conditions are optimal!
Numerous qualified and labeled "bike-friendly businesses" offer overnight accommodation especially for cyclists. So they have tools for minor repairs and sufficient information about cycling in the cycling region Traunviertel for you. You can also park your bike in a lockable bike room.
On the multi-day Traunviertel Tour, which leads through stages 6 and 7 through the Pyhrn-Priel holiday region, bike-friendly businesses look forward to cycling guests.
As the only real multi-day stage race, the Oberösterreich Rundfahrt is the figurehead of Upper Austria and is now competing with the Österreich Rundfahrt!
From June 13th to 16th, 2024, the 14th International Raiffeisen Upper Austria Tour will take place - this year the destination stage is again in Hinterstoder! The professional racing cyclists end the 4-day tour on Sunday, June 16th, 2024 with a last sprint on the Höss in Hinterstoder.
Hobby cyclists of all classes (racing bike, gravel bike, trekking bike, mountain bike and e-bike) can take part in the Höss Climb Challenge in advance.
