The Alpineum provides fascinating background information about the life-threatening work of the lumberjacks, the first courageous climbers on the rock faces of the Totes Gebirge and the development of skiing from its beginnings to the World Cup. The Alpineum has a very extensive collection of historical and contemporary exhibits.
During the International Museum Day promotion week, we are offering a special opportunity to experience the Alpineum on three days with free admission and a free guided tour (duration approx. 1.5 hours).
