1. Instruction about the right of withdrawal according to § 3 of the Consumer Protection Act
Customers who are consumers within the meaning of § 1 of the Consumer Protection Act as amended ("KSchG") and who do not make their contractual declaration either in the rooms used by Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH for their business purposes or in one of Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH's rooms You can withdraw from your contract application or from the contract in accordance with Section 3 of the Consumer Protection Act.
This withdrawal can be declared until the contract is concluded or within 14 (fourteen) days thereafter. The course of this period begins with the delivery of a certificate to the customer, which contains at least the name and address of Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH, the information necessary to identify the contract as well as information about the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period and the procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal, but at the earliest with the conclusion of the contract. If such a document has not been handed over, the customer has the right to withdraw for a period of 12 (twelve) months and 14 (fourteen) days from the conclusion of the contract. If Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH makes up for the handover of the certificate within 12 (twelve) months from the start of the period, the extended withdrawal period ends 14 (fourteen) days after the time at which the customer receives the certificate.
The customer does not have the right of withdrawal:
The declaration of withdrawal is not tied to any specific form, but it must be sent to Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract ( For contact details see point 1. General part of the GTC). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Instruction about the right of withdrawal according to § 3a of the Consumer Protection Act
Customers who are consumers within the meaning of Section 1 of the Consumer Protection Act can also withdraw from their application for a contract or from the contract as per Section 3a of the Consumer Protection Act if circumstances that are relevant to their consent and which Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH presents as probable in the course of the contract negotiations, without their prompting does not occur or only occurs to a considerably lesser extent.
Relevant circumstances are:
The resignation can be declared within one week. The period begins to run as soon as it becomes apparent to the customer that the above circumstances do not occur or only occur to a significantly lesser extent and he has received written instructions about this right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal expires at the latest 1 (one) month after the complete fulfillment of the contract by both contractual partners.
3. Instructions on the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance and Foreign Business Act (goods)
Customers who are consumers within the meaning of Section 1 of the Consumer Protection Act can benefit from a contract concluded outside of the Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH's business premises (Section 3 no.1 Distance and Outbound Business Act) or from a distance contract (Section 3 no.2 Distance and Foreign Business Act) within 14 (fourteen) days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period begins with sales contracts and other contracts aimed at the purchase of goods for a fee:
a) on the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer who is not a carrier takes possession of the goods,
b) if the customer has ordered several goods as part of a single order, which are delivered separately, on the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer who is not acting as a carrier takes possession of the goods delivered last,
c) in the case of delivery of goods in several partial shipments, on the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer who is not the carrier takes possession of the last partial shipment,
d) in the case of contracts for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time, on the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer who is not acting as a carrier takes possession of the goods delivered first.

General part of the GTC). In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If the customer withdraws from the contract, Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH will send him a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal on a permanent data carrier immediately after receipt of the declaration of withdrawal. If the customer withdraws from a contract, Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH must also repay all payments that Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH has received from him, including delivery costs, if applicable, immediately and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the declaration of withdrawal . For this repayment, Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH uses the same means of payment that the customer used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with the customer. In no case will the customer be charged fees for this repayment. If the consumer has expressly decided on a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered to us, he is not entitled to reimbursement of the additional costs incurred as a result. In the case of purchase contracts and other contracts aimed at the purchase of goods against payment, Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH is entitled to refuse repayment until Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH has either received the goods back or the customer has provided evidence of the return of the goods; this does not apply if Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH has offered to collect the goods themselves.
If the customer withdraws from a purchase contract or any other contract aimed at the purchase of goods for a fee, he must return the received goods to Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH immediately, at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the submission of the declaration of withdrawal; this does not apply if Pyhrn-Priel Tourismus GmbH has offered to collect the goods themselves. The return period is met if the goods are dispatched within the period. The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer.
The customer has no right to withdraw from distance sales or contracts concluded outside of business premises
