The general cancellation conditions apply:
There are no cancellation fees up to 28 days before arrival. Between 21-27 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total arrangement price, between 14-20 days we charge 70%, between 7-13 days 80% and from 6 days before arrival 90% of the booked total arrangement.
In general, cancellations of reservations are only accepted in writing.
The right of withdrawal according to §18 Paragraph 1Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, the general cancellation conditions as described above apply to us.
