The Hofalm is 1305 meters above sea level above Spital am Pyhrn on the west side of the Großer Pyhrgas (2244m) and is a shelter of the ÖAV section Spital am Pyhrn. Its special location in the Haller Walls is characterized by a unique and breathtaking view of the Sengsengebirge in the north, the Dead Mountains in the west and a distant view of the entire Garstnertal. From the cozy terrace you can enjoy the overwhelming view and let your soul dangle. The landlords Ingrid & Gabriel will spoil you with high quality and regional homemade products, so that nothing stands in the way of a wonderful and energetic day in the mountains!
