Fishing in Schafferteich

Angling is permitted, taking into account the legal closed seasons from June 1 to October 15, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Coming from Hinterstoder, drive through the town of Vorderstoder in the direction of Windischgarsten. About 200 meters after leaving the village, turn right at the bus stop, keep left at a fork in the road, drive up the hill until you reach the Schafferteich car park, which is subject to a fee. From there you walk about 10 minutes to the Schafferteich.

A valid fishing license (with photo ID) is required for fishing in Upper Austria. Official fishing licenses from other federal states or countries are recognized. Every angler must possess an annual fishing license.
