- Many of our guests spend the whole day on the Wurbauerkogel. E.g .: ascent with the chairlift, 3D archery on the adventure mountain, then a visit to the Kalkalpen National Park panorama tower and downhill with the summer toboggan run
The archery place
The new, generously designed archery area is also shaded by awnings. For the more sporty archers, the panorama round with around 25 different 3D animals is recommended. Families experience fun and the experience of archery on the approx. 2 hour family round with a total of 10 interesting adventure stations.

Rainy weather, what now? not an issue, because today almost everyone has a corresponding outdoor clothing. With a rain jacket and good footwear nothing stands in the way of the pleasure of archery, because our archery area is covered with watertight sun sails, which defy light rainy weather. Our guests are always happy to have carried out their event at rainfall at the agreed time, because even the course in the forest protects from moisture and so is the adventure 3D archery nothing in the way. The free-living forest animals need their rest, so we ask an hour before dark to no longer use the 3D archery course. Our animals will thank you.

Accessibility / arrivalby car:
A9 highway - Exit Roßleithen - village centre Windischgarsten - turn left at municipal Office - parking area cable car - take chairlift or walk along marked walking trails (shortest walking time about 45 min.)
With the car on the mountain - village centre - direction Rosenau/Altenmarkt - after about 2 km turn left on Wurbauerkogel.
by public transport:
with the ÖBB-Postbus (Route 911), the Postbus (Route 430), Call-bus-Rosenau (Route 435) or with the Riedler-Bus (Route 431) to the bus stop Windischgarsten Kirchenplatz (church square)– walking time approx. 5 minutes to the bottom station chairlift Wurbauerkogel.
