For more than six decades, BILLA has been providing people in Austria with fresh groceries, everyday products and comprehensive services and is considered an important local supplier in both urban and rural areas. Even more freshness and even more BILLA assortment

BILLA cooperates with 2,800 regional and local producers from the respective provinces throughout Austria - the regional assortment already comprises more than 28,000 articles and is constantly being expanded.

In addition, since spring 2020, BILLA has been the first food retailer in Austria to offer 100 percent fresh meat from Austria. This means that customers in all of the approximately 1,260 stores can be sure that they are buying only Austrian quality in all price segments. In close cooperation with domestic meat and poultry producers, BILLA thus makes a significant contribution to ensuring the continued security of supply with domestic quality meat products. In addition, with the animal welfare seal "Fair zum Tier", BILLA labels products with higher animal welfare standards that exceed the legal requirements.
