Experience and feel the wonder of cheese making. From renneting to curdling to molding - find out everything you need to know about cheese production, types of cheese and cheese maturation, so that everyone can ultimately make cheese.

Take your home-made cream cheese home with you.

In about two hours you will get an insight into our organic farm. We visit the farm and the cheese dairy. Finally, you are welcome to try our delicious organic sheep's milk products. An experience for young and old.

Accessibility / arrival

On the A9, take the Roßleithen exit and drive towards Windischgarsten. In the town of Pichl, turn right towards Vorderstoder and follow the road until just before Vorderstoder. When you come out of the forest and see the town of Vorderstoder for the first time, our farm is right on the left side of the street.

You can also take bus number 434 and get off at the Käserei bus stop. Our farm is right next to it.
