Action, fun, and sports are a big deal at Wurbauerkogel! At the top, you'll find a cozy mountain restaurant with a wonderful sun terrace and a unique panoramic tower with great views and an interesting national park exhibition.

The absolute highlight at Adventure Mountain Wurbauerkogel is the all-weather Alpine Coaster. It is located at the foot of Wurbauerkogel. The thrilling ride with the cool alpine roller coaster takes you through the botany. In any weather, you ascend first by cable lift on the nearly 800-meter-long track and then race down in a two-person sled. At times, you'll be up to 5 meters off the ground, through spins, steep curves, and over jumps! The speed is determined by you.

Accessibility / arrival

Valley Station:
From the motorway exit Windischgarsten/Roßleithen, drive to the center of Windischgarsten. Shortly after the marketplace (fountain), turn left. Now follow the road for about 200 meters and you will reach the parking lot of Wurbauerkogel.

Mountain Station Wurbauerkogel:
From the motorway exit Windischgarsten/Roßleithen, drive to the center of Windischgarsten. 100 meters after the marketplace (fountain), turn left towards Rosenau am Hengstpaß. Now follow the road until the left turn (signposted) to Wurbauerkogel. Follow this road until you arrive at Wurbauerkogel.
