what is sound massage?
The sound massage is a very effective relaxation method in which singing bowls are placed on the clothed body and made to vibrate by gently tapping them. The human body consists of 70% - 80% liquid and is therefore able to transmit the physical vibrations of the singing bowl gradually through the skin, the tissue, the body spaces, the organs and the bones.

how does sound massage work?
Since sounds appeal to people's original trust, deep relaxation and wellbeing are quickly achieved. Body, mind and soul can let go of accumulated everyday stress, problems, tension and blockages, worries and insecurities. Every cell in the body is gently massaged ("cell massage") and thus finds its original order again. In this way we give the body the chance to come into harmony and become healthy.

The sound massage is based on ancient knowledge about the effect of sounds, such as. was used in Vedic healing in India as early as 5000 years ago. Therapy singing bowls (after Peter Hess), gong and cymbals are used. Sounds are also used in therapeutic and educational areas.
